Cute and Comfy Summer Dress

Zak and I decided to break in our new camera after dinner on a date night recently. There was some pretty ivy growing on the side of the restaurant, and I can’t resist a good ivy wall.

My number one priority for fashion this summer is to stay cool and stay comfortable! Number two priority is to avoid maternity clothes for as long as possible. I want to be able to actually wear a lot of the clothes I get during pregnancy afterwards, so I’m constantly on the lookout for clothes that have some room to grow but are also cute without a bump. I’m also trying to keep my eye out for things that will be breastfeeding (BF) friendly. This dress fits the bill…and it’s only $30! Plus it has pockets! I love a dress with somewhere to put my hands! I got it from Nordstrom Rack and you can get it here.

I’m wearing a size medium in navy. Fits true to size. Lots of colors available online! 18 weeks pregnant at the time this photo was taken.

We were headed home, but I decided I needed some ice cream from my favorite outdoor summer ice cream shop. Zak said if I love Baby K half as much as I love my ice cream, the baby will be one loved kid! He’s not wrong…

I’ll keep you updated on the summer fashion I’m loving! Also, here’s the camera we are using (it’s the Canon M50 Mirrorless Camera with 4K Video–click to see it here).

Navy Blue Maxi Dress // Wearing Size M. Fits TTS.

Canon M50 Mirrorless Camera with 4K Video // It’s powerful, lightweight, and takes incredible photos and videos!
